The hemlock "hedge" between our property and the neighbours had become extremely overgrown, having been topped and let grow, and was a worry to both us and the neighbours, especially during the winter wind storms and the proximity to the electrical wires. A power outage had occured last winter due to heavy snow bringing branches in contact with the neighbour's house line. The height of the trees and the closeness to both homes gave little working space to bring the trees down and a misstep could cause serious damage to either house.
Mr. Doug Buckle estimated the job and brought in his crew of three within the week and the trees were all safely brought down; the debris cleaned up and taken away each day; the stumps ground at the end of the job; all done in the most expert and efficient way. Some of the trees were within 5 feet of the houses with branches over the roofs and they needed a larger bucket truck which was brought in the next day. All were brought down without any damage to anyone's home. The company has excellent newer heavy equipment to handle any situation and is in good operating order so there is no down time waiting for machines to be fixed. We are extremely satisfied with the company's work. All the crew were excellent and the job was done quickly and very safely.

I'm writing in connection with the tree work at (West Vancouver), first to thank you for respecting the estimate for the work.
